We feel that strong Emotional Intelligence is the most important asset managers and leaders of organizations can have. It is a skill that is acquired only through experience, study, being intentional, and reflection. We work with employees at all levels to help them recognize and improve on the 4 quadrants of Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
